Description

The Mod-Twin 225 XT Rigid Street Kit is engineered for high-powered AWD street vehicles, blending smooth, positive engagement with rapid shifting. It combines twice the organic friction surfaces with a solid Mono-Drive hub in a fully modular design. Each diaphragm spring undergoes a four-stage heat treatment for consistent light pedal feel. Steel-backed organic friction plates provide stable friction, excellent heat capacity, and long clutch life. Torque is uniformly transferred to a Mono-Drive chrome-moly hub, extending input shaft life with a single continuous spline. The lightweight, rigid design allows faster shifts and reliable operation. This kit includes a CNC-machined and dynamically balanced flywheel, pressure plate cover, diaphragm spring, puck-style ceramic friction plates, rigid Mono-Drive hub, floater, patented Monoloc collar, release bearing, alignment tool, and pilot bearing (if needed). Mod-Twin clutches are fully rebuildable, with most components available separately.
